Propely (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, optionally, your property intent (buyer or seller), preferred district, and budget range. We do not collect any financial, identity, or payment information.

How we use your data

We use your email address solely to notify you when Propely launches. We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or third-party promotions without your explicit consent. Waitlist data is used to understand demand by district and user type so we can prioritise the platform features that matter most.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted in Singapore (asia-southeast1). Firebase complies with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and SOC 3 standards.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except where required by Singapore law or necessary to operate the service (e.g. Firebase as our infrastructure provider).

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@propely.sg.

Cookies

Propely uses only essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, if enabled, will use anonymised data only.
